硝酸酯对老年女性冠心病患者动脉弹性的影响 被引量:5

摘要 目的:评价单硝酸异山梨酯药物对老年女性冠心病患者动脉弹性的影响。方法:82例老年女性冠心病患者被随机分为硝酸酯组及常规治疗对照组(对照组),研究开始前及研究3个月后采用欧姆龙/科林动脉硬化诊断仪测定两组患者脉压、肱-踝脉搏波传导速度(baPWV),评价患者动脉弹性功能。结果:单硝酸异山梨酯组患者脉压明显低于对照组[(44.32±6.72)mmHg∶(56.21±11.23)mmHg,P<0.001],baPWV也明显低于对照组[(1938.67±361.92)m/s∶(2051.32±412.63)m/s,P<0.01]。结论:单硝酸异山梨酯有改善老年女性冠心病患者动脉弹性的作用。 Objective: To assess the effects of isosorbide mononitrate on arterial elastic function in elderly female patients with coronary artery disease (CAD). Methods: A total of 82 elderly female CAD patients were randomly divided into isosorbide mononitrate group and routine therapy control group (control group), pulse blood pressure and braehi- abankle pulse wave velocity (baPWV) were measured using a volume-plethysmographie apparatus (Omron Co. Ltd) at the beginning and the end of the 3--month period of study. Results: The pulse blood pressure was much reduced in isosorbidemononitrate group, compared with that of the control group [(44.32±6.72) mmHg vs. (56.21±11.23) mmHg, P〈 0. 001]. The baPWVs of isosorbide rnononitrate group also significant decreased compared that of control group [ (1938.67±361.92) m/s vs. (2051.32±412.63) m/s, P〈 0.01]. Conclusion: Theisosorbidemononitrate may improve arterial elastic function in elderly female patients with coronary artery disease.
