足部震动觉检查诊断糖尿病周围神经病变的价值 被引量:4

摘要 目的:探讨足部震动觉检查在糖尿病周围神经病变诊断中的应用价值。方法:根据入选标准选择2型糖尿病患者120例,所有对象均进行神经电生理检查及足部震动觉检查,比较两种诊断方法的结果有无显著差异。结果:两种检测方法所得结果之间存在正关联性(Φ=0.740,P<0.01)和良好的一致性(κ=0.739,P<0.01)。足部震动觉检查与神经电生理诊断方法检测结果之间的差异无显著性(75%∶73.3%,P>0.05)。足部震动觉检查的灵敏度为94.32%,特异度为78.13%,Youden指数为0.7245,说明该方法的诊断效率较高。结论:足部震动觉检查无创伤,简便,效果好在糖尿病周围神经病变的诊断中有很好的应用前景。 Objective: To evaluate the value of measuring vibration on feet in diagnosis of diabetic peripheral neuropa- thy. Methods: The 120 patients with type 2 diabetes were examined by measuring vibration on feet and electrophysio- logical examination to diagnose the diabetic peripheral neuropathy. The diagnosis results of the two methods was com- pared. Results: The results of the two methods showed positive correlation (φ=0. 740, P〈0.01) and good consis- tency (k=0. 739, P〈0.01). The results of both methods have no significant difference (75% : 73.3%, P〉0.05), and the diagnostic sensitivity of measuring vibration on feet was 94.32%, the specificity was 78.13% and Youden in- dex was 0. 7245. Conclusion: The measuring of vihration on feet has good effect and is easy contect in diagnosis of dia- betic peripheral neuropathy.
