摘要
从奈的概念中引申出"文化软实力"的含义,指出加强文化建设的重大意义,提出加强文化建设,提升我国文化软实力的措施是:继承和弘扬传统文化中的精华,注重文化产业的发展,实施"走出去"的发展战略。
