自动冷镦机床身属厚大断面灰铸铁件,易产生缩孔、缩松缺陷;应用内冷铁可缩小及减少冒口,防止缩孔、缩松缺陷,获得合格铸件。
Defects such as shrinkage and dispersed shrinkage are easy to be produced in grey cast iron with thick and heavy sections, for example an automatic coldheader frame, which can be prevented by using inner chillings to deflate and reduce risers to obtain quality castings.
