摘要
以摩托车气缸体压铸模具设计为例,介绍了带复杂型腔的压铸模具的设计。设计采用多片镶片组成模具型腔,并由铆钉连接成一体,减少了型腔的制造难度,生产出了合格的压铸件。
With design of die casting die of a motorcycle cylinder block,design of such with complicated cavity has been introduced.Cavity formation difficulty has been reduced due to a design of the whole die cavity consisting of multiple-inset and combined with rivets.Eligible die castings have been produced.
