根据支承盖的结构和技术要求,分析了压铸成型工艺特点,选用立式冷室压铸机,设计了压铸模的浇注系统,以及模具的整体结构。同时对压铸工艺和主要参数进行了分析。经生产实践证明模具设计合理,产品质量符合各项技术要求。

According to structure and specification of the supporting covers, the die casting technology characteristics have been analysed, vertical cold chamber die Casting machine has been selected, the casting system of die been deigned and entire structure of die. The pressure die casting technology and parameters have been analysed. Design for die has been proofed of reasonable in production practice and product quality has met with various specifications.
