纳米TiO_2/竹炭涂布纸对甲醛吸附降解性能的研究 被引量:4

摘要 在自制装置中对多种以高岭土、纳米TiO2、竹炭、纳米TiO2改性竹炭为颜料的涂布纸进行了吸附和降解性能的研究。用SEM、XRD表征竹炭改性前后的表面形貌与晶体结构,用恒温恒湿箱测定涂布纸的吸附性能。结果表明,纳米TiO2改性竹炭结构稳定,能经受涂料配制中的剪切力。所有的涂布纸都能有效地吸附降解甲醛,且纳米TiO2改性竹炭涂布纸的效果更好,改性竹炭用量(占颜料)为30%时,在0.8mg/m3的甲醛初始质量浓度下,紫外光照3h,对甲醛的吸附降解率高达93.75%。 The absorption-degradation performance of formaldehyde by coated papers coating with nano-TiO2,bamboo charcoal(BC),the mixture of nano-TiO2 and BC,and nano-TiO2 modified bamboo charcoal(TiO2/BC)was investigated in the self-made device.The surface morphology and crystal structure of bamboo charcoal before and after modification were characterized by SEM and XRD.And the absorption performance of the coated paper was studied in conditioning chamber.The results showed that the structure of TiO2/BC is stable,and it can tolerate high shearing stress in coatings preparation.All of the coated papers can absorb-degrade formaldehyde effectively,and coated paper coating with TiO2/BC has better effect than other papers.When initial concentration of formaldehyde was 0.8 mg/m3,the absorption-degradation rate of the paper coated with 30% TiO2/BC and irradiated with UV light for 3 hours can be up to 93.75%.
