摘要
在上光机涂布压合机构控制系统中,采用增量式光电旋转编码器对蜗杆旋转的角度信息进行测量,通过软件记录电平状态并进行辨向,分析了系统实现辨向细分和角位移的关键,采用软件方法来实现对编码器的辨向、位移测量,可消除硬件电路中存在的缺陷,达到了涂布量自动反馈的效果。
UVSG950,the energy-saving polishing machine,using Incremental Optical Rotary Encoder to measure the rotary angle of the worm and the distance measurement based on software methods is presented.The synthetic status of the encoder is used to judge the direction,eliminate the jitter and handle the errors,thus eliminate hardware defects and,the system can make the thinkness of coated paper uniform automatic feedback.
