新中国成立以来,城市交通作为我国国民经济的重要行业受到党中央、国务院和各级政府的高度重视,各个地区也都加快了城市交通的建设步伐,经过60年的建设和发展,特别是改革开放以后,城市交通发生了翻天覆地的变化,取得了辉煌的成就,实现了跨越式大发展。在城市交通发展的发展的同时,也改善了周边居民的生活环境,影响周边房地产的价值。本文将通过城市交通与经济发展的关系进行讨论,进而分析对房地产市场影响。
