摘要
新中国成立以来,城市交通作为我国国民经济的重要行业受到党中央、国务院和各级政府的高度重视,各个地区也都加快了城市交通的建设步伐,经过60年的建设和发展,特别是改革开放以后,城市交通发生了翻天覆地的变化,取得了辉煌的成就,实现了跨越式大发展。在城市交通发展的发展的同时,也改善了周边居民的生活环境,影响周边房地产的价值。本文将通过城市交通与经济发展的关系进行讨论,进而分析对房地产市场影响。
Since the founding of New China,urban transportation,important sectors of our national economy by the CPC Central Committee and State Council and governments at all levels attach great importance to the various regions have also accelerated the pace of the construction of urban traffic,after 60 years of construction and development,in particular the reform of after the liberalization of urban transport has undergone tremendous changes,has scored brilliant achievements,achieved great development by leaps and bounds.
