数控维修实验台运动部件进给系统的设计

The Design of Maintenance Experimental Platform Moving Parts Feeding System

目前众多院校涉及数控机床维修领域,所用维修实验平台方便了学生对于机床结构的了解和学习,其中机床进给运动作为其重点培训部分,本文章根据目前我国维修试验台现状,对其运动部件的进给系统做两种方案的设计、对比,选择其性能较好一种。

Currently many institutions involve in the CNC machine tool maintenance field,maintenance experimental platform is convenient to the students understand and learn the machine structure,in which the machine tool feeding movement is the important training part. The article designs and contrasts the two kinds of program of the feeding system of movement part according to the current status of China＇s maintenance experimental platform,to select a better performance one.
