摘要
通过Pro/E和ADAMS软件的联合应用,建立了与自卸车举升机构物理样机相符的虚拟样机,并对该虚拟样机进行了多方位动态仿真研究。本文的研究工作不仅为自卸车举升机构的设计提供了理论基础,而且为其提供了设计理论分析的依据,同时确定了自卸车举升机构的运动学变化规律,并为其他车辆以及其他机械机构的虚拟样机建立及分析提供了新的设计思路和设计方法。
Based on associated application of Pro/E and ADAMS software,this article established virtual prototype which was consistent with physical prototype of a dumper's lifting mechanism,and made an multidimensional dynamic virtual research to the virtual prototype. The study of this paper not only provides a theory basis for the design of lifting mechanism of dumper,but also provides the basis of design theory,at the same time,identifies variation rules of Kinematics of dumper's lifting mechanism,and supplies new design ideas and methods for establishment and analysis of virtual prototypes of other vehicles and other mechanical structures.
