我国部分普通高校顺应时代潮流和学生需求,在高校体育教学中开设瑜伽课程。本文对瑜伽教学目的,方法等方面进行了详细的介绍。
Some colleges in our country set up Yoga course in college physical education conforming to times trend and students’need. This article introduces in detail the teaching methods and purpose of Yoga course.
