谈高素质辅导员队伍的建设

Thesis on the Construction of the High-quality College Counselors Body

长期以来,辅导员主要被视为是从事事务检查的工作,这使得不了解辅导员工作的人形成了辅导员只是具体事物的执行者,事务琐碎,以至于他们很少从事务堆里跳出来进行思想政治工作的全面思考。本文就辅导员队伍建设提出三方面问题,来改变这个现象。

People always think that the college counselors do the work which is management of the students’affairs only for a long time. It makes almost of the people consider the counselors to be the executants whose work is dealing with the piffling stuff. And they think that it＇s much harder to think the ideological and political work over. This thesis will try to propose the way to change the current situation of the counselors body and make it better and better.
