初中毕业生进入高职教育后,首先遇到的问题是专业兴趣的培养。因此,学校和老师从一开始就要充分发挥职业学校专业导向的作用,通过专业文化建设,让学生了解自己所学的专业,从而喜欢自己的专业,进而形成良好的学风和校风。文中从校风校纪、文化氛围、职业道德、教学创新等方面阐述了专业文化建设。

After entering higher schools,the first problem of junior middle school graduates is the cultivation of professional interests. Therefore,schools and teachers should give full play the role of vocational schools’professional guidance from the beginning to let students understand their professional and love their professions,and then forming good style of study and spirit. This article expounds construction of professional culture from disciplines,culture,ethics and teaching innovation and other aspects.
