摘要
报道了本文报道了1-(4-硝基苯基)-3-(4-硝基-噻唑)-三氮烯(NPNTT)的合成及其与铜的显色反应。在TritonX-100存在下,pH11.0的Na2B4O7-NaOH缓冲溶液中,该试剂能与铜发生显色反应,铜与NPNTT形成摩尔比为1:2型的配合物,在460nm处有一最大正吸收,在540nm处有一最大负吸收。以460nm为参比波长,540nm为测量波长进行双波长测定,表观摩尔吸光系数为2.68×105L·mol-1·cm-1,铜的浓度在0~480μg/L范围内符合比尔定律。用拟定方法测定人发中的微量铜,结果满意。
This paper reports synthesis of 1-(4-nitrophenyl)-3-(4-nitro-thiazolyl)-triazene(NPNTT) and its color reaction with copper. In the presence of Triton X-100,Na2B4O7-NaOH buffer solution with pH11.0. the reagent can occur color reaction with copper. Copper and NPNTT formed complexes in molar ratio 1:2,with a absorption maximum at 460nm and a maximum negative absorption at 540nm. Taking 460nm as reference wavelength,540nm as measuring wavelength to carry out double wavelength determination,the molar absorptivity is 2.68×10^5L·mol^-1·cm^-1 and the concentration of copper in 0~480μg/L obeys bill law. The method is used in the determination of trace copper in human hair and the result is satisfactory.
