中学英语教师胜任力调查与分析——以陕西省关中地区为例

Survey and Analysis about Competency of Middle School English Teachers:Guanzhong Area of Shaanxi Province as an Example

通过问卷调查和访谈的形式,本文对陕西省关中地区中学英语教师胜任力现状进行了调查,发现该地区英语教师观念和语言能力与新课程标准的要求有一定的距离,同时分析了存在差距的原因并提出相关建议。

Through forms of questionnaires and interviews,this paper carried out a investigation on competency status of high school English teachers in the area of Guanzhong Shaanxi province,found that there was a certain distance between ideas and language skills of English teachers and requirement of the new curriculum standards,at the same time analyzed reasons of existing gap and made recommendations
