高等职业教育作为高等教育的一个重要组成部分,高职院校相对企业来说,最大的特点在于拥有一批高素质高学历的教师队伍,教师基本上都是本科学历,并且有不少的年轻教师具有硕士学历,将教师们的科研课题与企业实践紧密结合起来,这样对高职院校教师和企业发展都有益。

Higher vocational education is an important part of higher education. For enterprises,the biggest characteristic of vocational colleges is having a group of teachers with qualities and high education,in which almost all of teachers are with Bachelor degree and many young teachers are with Master degree. It is beneficial for developments of higher vocational colleges and enterprises to combine the teachers ’ scientific researches with practices of enterprise.
