摘要
教师耗费心血培养的毕业生怎么就没有企业欢迎呢?企业精心挑选的人才怎么就无法适应岗位的需要呢?一方面毕业生找不到合适的岗位,另一方面,企业得不到合适的人才;本文从校企结合的模式中入手,把学校对学生的培养和企业对人才的需求有机的结合起来。
Why are not welcome graduates that teachers trained with all of their efforts？ Why do not adapt to job requirements talents that enterprises carefully selected. On the one hand the graduates can not find suitable positions,on the other hand,companies can not find the right talents. Starting from school-enterprise integration mode,this paper combined organically training students in school with demands of enterprises for talents.
