In the face of cultural conflict,how to do cross-cultural management is an important issue for multinational operations. Understanding cultural differences,and distinguishing cultural conflicts,the paper analyzes different characteristics of four stages of the cultural fusion,discusses cross-cultural management strategies from cultural conflict to cultural integration.
