摘要
采用了航材保障良好率作为航材保障的效能指标,建立了航材保障良好率的数学模型。以航材保障经费为资源,平均航材保障良好率达到最大为目标函数,建立了航材保障经费的优化配置模型。用边际分析法求解,并建立了最优递推方程。通过实例演示了如何利用配置模型进行预测,计算工具是Matlab,进行了数值实验和理论分析,结果表明该模型具有良好的优化效果和实用性。
Adopt the good rate of aircraft-spares support as the efficient indicator for aircraft-spares support,build the mathematical model of the good rate of aircraft-spares support. Use aircraft-spares support cost as resources,maximum of average good rate of aircraft -spares support as the objective function,build the optimal distribution model of aircraft-spares support cost. Use marginal analysis solution to solve it,and build the optimal recursion equations. Demonstrate how to apply the distribution model to forecast by an example,calculator is Matlab,carry out the numerical experiments and theoretical analysis,and the results prove that the model possesses good optimal effectiveness and practicability.
