P73 P16在宫颈上皮内瘤变及宫颈癌中的表达及意义探讨 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨P73、P16在宫颈上皮内瘤变及宫颈癌中的表达及临床意义。方法采用13例正常宫颈作为对照组,应用免疫组化法检测55例宫颈上皮内瘤变(CIN),32例宫颈鳞癌组织中P73、P16的表达。结果 P73蛋白定位于细胞核内,主要表达在宫颈鳞状上皮的基底细胞中。在正常宫颈组、CIN组和鳞癌组中P73染色阳性率分别是92.3%、76.4%、40.6%。正常宫颈与宫颈鳞癌相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。CIN组与宫颈鳞癌相比,差异同样有统计学意义(P<0.05)。P16蛋白定位于细胞质中,主要表达在宫颈鳞状上皮的基底细胞中。在正常宫颈组、CIN组和鳞癌组中的P16染色阳性率分别是15.4%、40.0%和78.0%,正常宫颈组、CIN组和宫颈鳞癌组三者之间比较,其表达差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在宫颈病变发展过程中,P73,P16可同时在组织中表达,随着宫颈病变程度的增加,P73的表达逐渐降低,P16的表达逐渐升高,进一步支持P73可能是宫颈肿瘤的抑癌基因,P16可能是宫颈肿瘤的致癌基因,二者呈相互拮抗的关系。 Objective The purpose of this study is to observe the expression of P73,P16in the occurrence and development of cervical cancer and discuss the significance of the expression.Methods The expressions of P73 and P16 in tissues of 55 cervical intraepithelial neoplasm(CIN)and 32 cervical cancer were detected with immunohistochemical(S-P)method compare with the expressions of 13 cervicitis.Results Intraepithelial neoplasm(CIN)and cervical cancer.The P16 was expressed in basal cells.P16 positive staining rates were 15.4%、40.0%、78.0%,in the cervicitis,cervical intraepithelial neoplasm and cervical squamous cell carcinoma,respectively.The difference was significant.Conclusion As the development of cervical tumors was upgrading,P73 and P16 expressed together,the expression of P73 gradually decreased,whiling the expression of P16 gradually increased,which further supported that P73 may be a tumor suppressor gene of cervical,and P16 may be a induce one.
