摘要
目的探讨图片交换训练法训练治疗孤独症的临床效果。方法采用自身对照研究,对35例确诊孤独症儿童开展为期半年的图片交换训练法,分别于训练前、训练3个月时和训练6个月时应用孤独症治疗评估量表(ATEC)进行评估。结果 33例儿童完成训练,完成率94.3%。训练3个月后ATEC中社交项与感知觉项评分均较治疗前降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗6个月后ATEC总分较治疗前显著降低(P<0.01),其中,社交项和感知觉项评分均较治疗前显著降低,且差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论图片交换训练法训练能有效改善孤独症儿童社交功能、感知觉和语言功能,但对行为问题改善不明显。
Objective The study aims to evaluate and analyze the therapeutic efficacy of The Picture Exchange Communication System(PECS)on children with autism.Methods The 35 autistic children were received PEC training for 6 months and efficacy were rated by using Autism Treatment Evaluation Checklist(ATEC)at before-training,3 months,6 months.Results 33 autistic children completed the research(rate was 94.3%).3 months later,the children' sociability and sensory cognitive awareness scores in PEC group were improve obviously than those before PEC training,There was statistically difference(P0.05).6 months later,the total scores,sociability,sensory cognitive awareness scores in PEC group were significantly lower than those before CE training(P0.05).Compared with before PEC training,different layers to show that total scores of post-treatment significantly lower than before treatment(P0.05).especially the language scores of ATEC in 2~3 years layer.(P0.01).Conclusion Our study show PEC training could improve children' sociability,sensory cognitive awareness and the language scores among children with autism,but it still need further study at behaviors problem.
