MR机房选址与环境安全问题的探讨

目的探讨在MR机房选址中容易忽视的一些环境安全问题。方法对近十几年来多家医院MR机房选址、设计进行分析。结果在MR机房布局及建筑设计上,均不同程度忽视了磁共振对环境和建筑结构的要求的特殊性,给磁共振的安装和安全使用上造成一定的困难。结论根据MR设备成像特点,MR机房在选址及设计时应重视对机房及周围环境的评价、建筑设计、布局方案施工要求、电力保障、通风、屏蔽室建立等环境安全问题。

Objective To study environmental safety issues being ignored easily on the site selection and design of magnetic resonance room.Methods The analysis was based on the site selection and design of magnetic resonance room in recent decade of many hospitals.Results The specificity of magnetic resonance needs in terms of the environment and the building structure were neglected in vary degree.Some difficnlties appeared during the installation and the use of MRI.Conclusion Some of the environmental safety issues such as power protection,ventilation,the foundation of shielding room and so on should be emphasized in the site selection and design of magnetic resonance room.
