Changes of Nailfold Microcirculation for Determination of Treatment Based Differentiation of Symptoms and Signs on Metrorrhagia

Objective: To study the states of nailfold microcirculation used on the determination of treatment based differentiation of symptoms and signs for womens metrorrhagia. Methods: According to the method of nailfold microcirculation, 78 cases of patients of metrorrhagia were measured which were differentiation from three types: blood heat, weak spleen and stomach, and blood stasis before and after treatment. Results: After the cure, the scores of shapes, flow condition and the loops round of nailfold microcirculation were all improved by the treatment of determination based differentiation of symptoms and signs. Conclusion: It were provided the signs of references from the examination of nailfold microcirculation for the three types of traditional Chinese medicine mention above on the womens metrorrhagia.
