腰围身高比值与早期动脉粥样硬化相关因素分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨腰围身高比值(waistline height ratio,WHtR)与早期动脉粥样硬化相关因素的关系。方法选择2006~2007年参加健康体检者733例,测量身高、体重、腰围、臀围,检查血脂、血糖等生化指标,检测空腹及服糖2h后胰岛素水平,并行内皮依赖及非内皮依赖性舒张功能检测。根据WHtR值分为WHtR〈0.5组和WHtR≥0.5组。结果 WHtR≥0.5组血压、空腹及服糖后血糖、空腹胰岛素、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)均高于WHtR〈0.5组;WHtR与空腹及服糖后血糖、TC、TG、空腹胰岛素、HOMA-IR呈正相关,与内皮依赖性舒张功能及非内皮依赖性舒张功能、胰岛细胞功能指数呈负相关,差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论 WHtR是一个简单的评判腹型肥胖的体表测量指数,可以预测内皮功能紊乱情况,对临床预防早期动脉粥样硬化有指导意义。 Objective To explore the correlation of waistline height ratio(WHtR)with early atherosclerosis.Methods 733 healthy persons who undertook physical check-ups during 2006~2007 were chosen to measure body height,body weight,waistline,hip circumference and biochemical indicators including blood fat,blood glucose and so on.Meanwhile they were tested for insulin level on an empty stomach and 2 hours after perosed glucose.Endothelium dependent function and non-endothelium dependent function were also detected.According to the WHtR,they were divided into WHtR0.5 group and WHtR≥0.5 group.Results Blood pressure,blood fat,blood glucose on an empty stomach and after perosed glucose,insulin level on an empty stomach,total cholesterol(TC),triglyeride(TG),low density lipoprotein-cholesterol and also insulin resistance index(HOMA-IR)in WHtR≥0.5 group were higher than that in WHtR0.5 group.WHtR had positive correlation with blood glucose on an empty stomach and after perosed glucose,TC,TG,insulin level on an empty stomach,cholesterol,triglyceride and HOMA-IR,but it had negative correlation with endothelium dependent dilation function,non-endothelium dependent dilation function and islet cell functional index,and the differences were statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusion WHtR is a simple body surface measurement index to judge abdominal obesity.It can be used to predict endodermis functional disorder and is of significance in preventing early atherosclerosis.
