摘要
通过对9SiCr超长芯轴淬火工艺及校正方法的试验研究,总结出三硝冷却和热压校正是减少芯轴淬火变形开裂的最佳热处理工艺方案,在冷挤压模具的淬火和校正方面进行了一次成功的尝试,对冷挤压模具的淬火和校正积累了经验。
Based on the quenching 9SiCr long mandrel test and calibration methods,got the conclusion of the three nitrate cooling and hot mandrel quenching distortion correction to reduce the cracking of the best heat treatment plan,carried out a successful quenching attempt in cold extrusion dies and calibration.
