摘要 O2的富集成本是O2/CO2燃烧技术能否成功大范围应用的关键。为了检验富氧膜在CO2/O2烟气再循环煤燃烧技术中的可能性,对商业硅橡胶富氧复合膜的操作条件及不同支撑层的富氧膜进行系统的研究。结果表明:膜的原料气侧加压,渗透侧抽真空的组合不仅节能而且延长膜的寿命,低温有利于富氧浓度的提高和膜寿命的延长,当膜器串联时,面积可逐渐减小;聚砜是较理想的富氧基膜材料,但聚醚酰胺是一种可提高O2选择性的基膜材料;现有的商业富氧膜不能达到O2/CO2燃烧技术所需要的O2浓度,开发新的低成本的富氧方式是O2/CO2燃烧技术应用的必然要求。 The cost of oxygen enrichment is the key to the application of oxy-fuel combustion technology. In order to prove the possibility of the commercial oxygen enrichment membrane application in oxy-fuel combustion technology, operation conditions of the oxygen enrichment membrane and the comparison of different oxygen enrichment membrane were studied. The experimental results demonstrated that both pressure in feed and vacuum in permeation not only could reduce energy but also extend membrane life. Low temperature was beneficial to oxygen enrichment and extension membrane life. The membrane area could be reduction in turn when membranes were in series. The experiments also showed that PSU was the excellent membrane material of the support for oxygen enrichment. At the same time, PEI was the potential material with good oxygen selectivity. Commercial oxygen enrichment membrane couldn't reach oxygen concentration of demand in oxyfuel combustion technology., so new cheap oxygen -enrichment technology should be studied.
