Treatment of Crotonaldehyde Wastewater by Burning Method

摘要 某山梨酸生产有限公司在生产过程中产生大量的巴豆醛废水,文章以此巴豆醛废水处理工程为例,介绍焚烧炉焚烧处理巴豆醛废水工程实际应用,工程设计处理流量120m3/d,进水CODCr,BOD质量浓度分别为348550mg/L和1900mg/L。运行结果表明:焚烧法处理巴豆醛废水是可行的,并且具有很好的处理效果,高有机物含量废水最终生成水、二氧化碳等无害物质;在处理过程中产生的大量高温余热资源得到利用。 A sorbic acid production Co., Ltd. produced a lot of crotonaldehyde wastewater during the production process. This article took this project as an example, introduced the application of burning method for the treatment of crotonaldehyde wastewater. The design flow of this project is 120 m3/d, raw water CODc, and BOD are 348 550 mg/L, 1 900 mg/L respectively. Operation results indicate that burning method for the treatment of crotonaldehyde wastewater is feasible and treatment results is very good. Wastewater finally turns to CO2, H2O and other harmless substances, meanwhile a lot of excess heat resources from the process is fully recycled.
