摘要
以十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(HDTMA+Br-)为插层剂,对蛭石(VMT)插层,制备有机柱撑蛭石(OVMT).XRD分析表明:经HDTMA+Br-插层后,OVMT的层间距由柱撑前的1.46nm增大到4.70nm,柱撑效果明显.通过浸没沉淀相转化法制备酚酞型聚芳醚砜(PES-C)/OVMT复合膜,研究了蛭石的加入量对PES-C/OVMT复合膜隔热性能、热稳定性能和机械性能的影响规律,结果表明:5%的蛭石添加量即可有效提高PES-C/OVMT复合膜的隔热性能、热稳定性能和机械性能.
Vermiculites were intercalated by hexadecyltrimethylammonium bromide (HDTMA+Br-) leading to an organic-pillared vermiculite (OVMT). XRD indicated that the layers of vermiculite were pillared by HDTMA+ and the spacing distance was increased from 1.46 nm to 4.70 nm. The phenolphthalein poly (ether sulfone) (PES-C)/OVMT composite membranes were prepared by immersion precipitation phase inversion method. The influences exerted on the thermal stability, thermal isolating properties and mechanical properties of the composite membranes by the introducing of the vermiculite were examined in detail. The results indicated that the vermiculite can enhance the thermal stability, thermal isolating properties and mechanical properties of the composite membranes.
