摘要
基于Navier-Stokes方程和标准κ-ε紊流模型和SIMPLE算法的改进型混合格式,用Fortran语言编程对潮汐电站水轮机模型正反向全流道三维流场做了数值计算。针对水轮机性能预测的准确性问题,将计算所得的模型水轮机效率值与河海大学提供的Flu-ent计算结果及模型试验数据进行了比较分析。研究结果表明,该改进算法对于水轮机模型内部流场是精确可靠的,适用于优化改进水轮机性能,能够提高其效率。
Flow simulations were carried out on the 3-D flow passage of a model hydroturbine used for tidal hydropower station.The computational method was based on the Navier-Stokes equation,the standard k-epsilon turbulence model and a 2nd order hybrid scheme in the SIMPLE scheme.Aiming at the accuracy of the hydroturbines performance prediction,the computational results were compared with the experimental data as well as with the results of the Fluent solver.The results indicate that the new computational method is accurate enough for predicting the performance of the hydroturbines.The numerical method is fit for optimizing the hydropower design.
