独活寄生汤加减治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效观察

Clinical observation on the curative effect of Duhuo Jisheng decoction on the treatment of lumbar disc herniation

目的:观察独活寄生汤加减治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法:将116例腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分为2组,每组58例。Ⅰ组采用独活寄生汤加减治疗,Ⅱ组采用牵引治疗。治疗结束后采用Oswestry功能障碍指数问卷表和《中医病证诊断疗效标准》腰椎间盘突出症的疗效评定标准对患者进行疗效评定。结果:治疗后两组Oswestry功能障碍指数和临床疗效比较,Ⅰ组均优于Ⅱ组,差异有统计学意义。结论:独活寄生汤治疗腰椎间盘突出症,疗效确切,值得推广应用。

Objective：To observe clinical curative effect of Duhuo Jisheng decoction on the treatment of lumbar disc herniation. Methods ： 116 cases of lumbar disc herniation were randomly divided into two groups with 58 cases in each group, Duhuo Jisheng decoction was used in Group I and traction was used in Group 1]. The curative effects were evaluated and compared with Oswestry Disability Index eval- uation and Standard of Diagnosis and Curative for TCM Disease and Syndrome about lumbar disc herniation between the two groups. Resuits ： Oswestry Disability Index was compared between the two groups after treatment and curative effect in Group I was superior to that in Group 11 , the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion ： Duhuo Jisheng decoction is effective on the treatment of lumbar disc herniation, it deserves to be promoted.
