摘要
利用传递矩阵法对电主轴进行了简化,并分段建模。对轴系中典型单元的状态进行了数学描述,分析了刀具组件对主轴动力学性能的影响。并以额定转速为15000r/min的立式加工中心电主轴为例进行了动力学分析和计算。
The motorized spindle is simplified with the aid of the transfer matrix method and segmented modeling is performed.A mathematical description of the status of the typical units in the shafting is provided and the influence of the tool assembly on the dynamic performance of the spindle analyzed.Taking the motorized spindle of the vertical machining center with the rated speed 15 000 r /min as an example,the dynamic analysis and calculation are carried out.
