城市老年住宅开发建设研究——以河北省邯郸市为例

Development and Construction Research on Urban Housing for the Aged—— Taking Handan City,Hebei Province for Example

随着中国老年化社会的快速发展,选择"居家式社区养老为主,机构养老为辅"的养老模式是必然趋势,老年住宅的建设已成为亟待解决的社会问题。对老年住宅的设计要点进行了阐述,并就老年住宅开发建设模式提出建议,对老年住宅开发建设中可能出现的问题提出了解决方案。

With the rapid development of the ageing society of China,it is an inevitable trend to choose the mode of supporting the aged that ＂relies mainly on home-style communities while making institutions subsidiary＂,and the construction of the housing for the aged has become a social problem needs to be solved urgently.This paper expounds main design points of the housing for the aged,put forwards proposals for its development and construction mode,and delivers solutions for problems that may occur during the development and construction.
