摘要
采用UCC28019设计了一种新型单相功率因数整流器,分析了系统的工作原理,对主要模块进行了详细分析与设计。在升压储能电感设计中,采用一种新型薄铜带工艺绕制的Boost储能电感,有效地减小了高频集肤效应、改善了Boost变换器的开关调制波形并降低了磁件温升。350 W的样机试验表明,该单相功率因数整流器设计合理、性能可靠,功率因数可达0.993,具有较为广阔的应用前景。
A novel Boost high power factor converter with UCC28019 was designed.The work principle of the system was introduced.Its sections were analyzed and designed respectively in detail.During the design of inductor,a new Boost inductor winding with thin copper tape craft was adopted.It could effectively reduce collection skin effect,improved the switch modulating profile of the Boost converter,and reduced the temperature rising of magnetic element.Experimental results of the designed 350 W prototype proved that the Boost high power factor converter was rational and reliable,its power factor could reach 0.993,its application prospect was wide.
