摘要
目的:探讨机车司机职业紧张与行车事故、安全措施以及对行车安全规定和单位管理制度的态度之间的关系。方法:使用一般工作紧张问卷对1116名男性机车司机工作中的职业紧张因素、紧张结局、行车事故及安全措施进行调查。结果:发生事故司机紧张反应多于未发生事故者,经常采取紧急制动的司机紧张因素和紧张反应评分高于较少采取紧急制动者,能自觉遵守行车安全规定和单位的管理制度者多数紧张因素和紧张结局评分显著性地低于认为这些措施没有必要和对自己限制太严者。结论:提示对安全措施和管理制度采取不同的态度对机车司机所经历的紧张有很大的影响。
Objective: To explore the relationship betweem the drivingaccidents,attitude towards safety rules and unit's management systems and the stress experienced by the drivers. Methods: Subjects came from a railway transport company and consisted of 1116 male locomotive drivers.The Chinese version of the NIOSH Generic Job Stress Questionnaire and Bradburn affection scales were used,their reliability and validity are of receptible level. Results: The drivers in accident group had more strains than nonaccident drivers,the drivers applying the brake frequently had more job stressors and strains scores than those applying occasionally,the most variables scores of the drivers who obeyed consciously safety rules and unit's management systems were lower than those took a passive attitude towards rules. Conclusion: The results suggested the drivingaccidents,attitude towards safety rules and unit's management systems have larger effects on job stress experienced by the drivers.
