摘要
目的:探讨肝素钠用于静脉留置针封管的最佳浓度,为指导临床有效减少导管堵塞的发生率提供可靠的理论依据.方法: 将入选对象根据入院时间的先后顺序接受浓度25U/ml、50U/ml、75U/ml、125U/ml肝素钠稀释液封管分为4组,每组50人,观察留置针保留时间.结果: 4组留置针保留时间,经统计学分析25U/ml组与125U/ml组差异无统计学意义P〉0.05;25U/ml组与75U/ml组差异有统计学意义P〈0.05;75U/m组与125U/ml组差异有统计学意义P〈0.05.结论: 75U/ml肝素钠稀释液减少堵管的发生率,使经静脉留置针输液顺利进行.
ObjeetiveTo investigate the heparin intravenous catheter sealed tube for the optimal concentration for clinical effective in reducing the incidence of catheter blockage and provide a reliable theoretical basis. Methods:Selected objects received under a hospital order in time the concentration of 25U/ml,50U/ml, 75U/ml, 125U/ml heparin dilution sealed tube divided into 4 groups of 50 people, observe the catheter retention time. Resuits:4 catheter retention time, the statistical analysis 25U/ml group and 125U/ml no significant difference between groups P〉 0.05;25U/ml group and 75U/ml group difference was significant P 〈0. 05;75U / m group and 125U/ml group difference was significant P 〈0.05. Conclusion:75U/ml diluted heparin to reduce the incidence of plugging,so that infusion of intravenous catheter smoothly.
