注意力分散结合中医康复护理方法在不稳定膀胱活动综合症患者中的应用

目的：探讨注意力分散结合中医康复护理方法的临床应用价值.方法：将我科2008年6月～2010年6确诊为OAB的42例患者随机分为试验组和对照组,对照组按护理常规进行护理,试验组在对照组基础上予注意力分散结合中医康复护理方法,运用膀胱过度活动综合症（OAB）评分表评估和比较两组患者疗效.结果：注意力分散结合中医康复护理方法干预后试验组患者OAB的治愈率和程度较对照组明显改善,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论：注意力分散结合中医康复护理法有助于OAB患者的治愈和改善OAB程度,有很高的临床应用价值.
