护理临床带教中存在的问题与对策

本文就护理临床带教中存在的五个问题：①实习护生专业思想不稳定;②部分带教老师责任心不强;③护生理论与实践脱离;④带教过程中忽略了整体护理;⑤不注重医德医风教育.提出相应对策：①正确引导学生,激发其职业荣誉感;②以身作则,为人师表,树立良好的职业形象;③因材施教,注重理论指导实践工作,指导护生学习方法,注重能力培养;④带教过程中加强整体护理工作;⑤注重医德医风教育,强调了临床带教工作的重要性,目的是通过临床实习带教这一重要环节,培养出一批优秀的护理专业人才,从而推动护理事业的发展.
