目的：探讨新生儿抚触和穴位按摩的对新生儿生长发育的影响.方法：选择足月顺产、体重正常,阿氏评分10分的健康新生儿200例.随机选择100例新生儿为观察组进行抚触和穴位按摩;100例新生儿为对照组进行常规护理.结果：观察组新生儿食欲强、哭闹少、睡眠时间长、不爱生病.在新生儿出后28天,通过临床标准测量显示：身长、体重、头围明显优于对照组.结论：新生儿抚触和穴位按摩,能增进亲子感情、能安抚新生儿不良情绪、增强新生儿的食欲、增加新生儿的睡眠、增强新生儿的免疫力和应激力,有利于新生儿的生长发育.

Objective： Discusses the newborn to caress touches with the acupuncture point massage grows the growth influence to the newborn. Methods：Chooses the full--term easy childbirth,the body weight is normal,Arab League grades 10 minute healthy newborn 200 examples. Chooses 100 example newborns to carry on stochastically for the observation group caresses touches with the acupuncture point massage; 100 example newbo rns carry on conventional nursing for the control group. Results： The observation group newborn appetite strong, cries noisily few, the sleep time long, does not like falling ill. Leaves latter 28 day in the newborn,demonstrated through the clinical standard survey：The height,the body weight,encircIe surpass the control group obviously. Conclusion：The newborn caresses touches with the acupuncture point massage, can improve the parent--child relationship,can comfort the newborn not good mood,strengthen newborn＇s appetite,increases newborn＇s sleep,strengthens newborn＇s immunity and the stress strength,is advantageous in newhorn＇s growth growth.
