目的：探讨围术期护理在高龄患者人工全髋关节置换术的应用及其效果.方法：对25例髋关节置换术患者进行术前心理护理和适应性训练,术后加强生命体征监测和患肢护理,预防并发症,并指导合理的功能锻炼.结果： 术后发生电解质紊乱1例,经积极治疗后电解质紊乱症状及时得到纠正,25例患者均于术后两周后痊愈出院.结论： 围术期对老年患者的正确护理和康复训练,可明显降低髋关节置换术并发症的发生,提高生活质量.
