浅谈重症胰腺炎的术后护理

目的：对重症胰腺炎的术后护理作以简要分析,为今后的护理工作提供一点参考.方法：回顾性浅析了我院的15例患重症胰腺炎的患者的术后护理.结果：重症胰腺炎起病急、发展快、死亡率高、并发症多,早期采用手术治疗,术后护理工作起着重要作用.结论：实践表明,术后对患者全身主要器官功能的监护与检查;对患者加强营养支持护理--实施营养支持疗法;避免术后引流不畅的影响及保持引流管通畅的工作;对患者加强心理护理的工作;健康教育工作对患者康复至关重要.

Objective： Nurses after the critically ill pancreatitis technique does by the brief analysis,will provide a reference for the next nursing work. Methods： Reviewed the brief analysis patient＇s technique which my courtyard 15 examples contracted the critically ill pancreatitis to nurse. Resuits：The critically ill pancreatitis plays critically ill, develops, the mortality rate quickly high, the complication are many, the early time uses the surgery to treat, alter the technique aurses works the vital role. Conclusion：Practices indicated, after technique to patient whole body main organ function guardianship and inspection; Strengthens the nutrition support nursing--Implementation nutrition support therapy to the patient;After avoids the technique the drainage impeded influence and the maintenance drainage tube unobstructed work; Strengthens psychological nursing to the patient the work;The health education work is restored to health very important to the patient.
