MEBO联合EGF及中草药水治疗烧伤残余创面的临床分析

目的：比较MEBO联合EGF及中草药水与应用SD-Ag治疗烧伤残余创面的临床效果.方法：将我院2006年5月至2008年8月烧伤残余创面住院患者268例随机分为MEBO联合EGF及中草药水治疗的治疗组及应用SD-Ag混悬液的治疗的对照组.治疗组139例,对照组129例.结果：治疗组在减少痛苦,缩短愈合时间,减少瘢痕上有明显的优势.结论：MEBO联合EGF及中草药水治疗烧伤残余创面比应用SD-Ag治疗效果显著.

Objective： Compares MEBO to unite EGF and the Chinese medicine water with burns the remaining injured area clinical effect using the SD--Ag treatment. Methods： From May,2006 burns my courtyard to August,2008 the remaining injured area in hospital patient 268 examples to divide into MEBO to unite stochastically EGF and the Chinese medicine water treatment treatment group and applies the SD--Ag suspension the treatment control group. Treatment group 139 examples,control group 129 examples. Results; Treats the group in the reduced pain,reduces the cicatrization time,reduces on the scar to have the obvious superiority. Conclusion： MEBO unites EGF and the Chinese medicine water treatment burns the remaining injured area compared to apply the SD--Ag treatment result obviously.
