摘要
病案书写质量真实地反应了医院各级医务人员的思想素质和技术水平,也直接反映医院医疗和管理水平的高低,笔者随机抽取了200份病案,分析其中问题,以促进医院管理工作.
The medical record writing quality really responded the hospital all levels of medical personnel＇s thought quality and the technical level, also the direct reflection hospital medical service and the management level height, the author draw an item at random 200 medical records, have analyzed question, promotes the hospital supervisory work.
