摘要
农业害虫的抗药性是害虫防治工作中的重要问题,对害虫抗药性产生、发展过程进行监测是解决这一问题的关键之一。文章阐述了农业害虫抗药性监测技术应用现状及其检测方法的研究进展,讨论了这些检测方法存在的问题,指出害虫抗药性监测方法的选择是害虫抗性监测的重点。提出建立生物测定结果与分子生物检测结果之间的数学模型的方法,使群体监测与个体监测相统一,据此制定最切合实际的害虫防治方案。
The prevention and control of insect pests have become a serious problem in agriculture.One of the keys to solve the current problem is to monitor the growth and development of pests and to understand the mechanism of pest resistance to develop the resistant varieties for sustaining agriculture production.This article reviewes the status of resistance monitoring techniques and the research progress in resistance detection methods.A method has been put forward in order to explore a simple and efficient method for controlling and monitoring pest resistance.This method is a combination of monitoring the individual and populations together,through establishing a mathematical model using bioassay results and molecular biological assay results.
