摘要
根据中国科学院提出的文化创新建设理论模型以及农业科研机构的特点和广西农业科学院的实际,研究并提出了农业科研机构创新文化建设的理论模型。并从理念构建与队伍建设、环境建设与条件改善、资源配置与制度建立等3个方面总结分析了广西农业科学院创新文化建设的具体探索历程,从精神文明建设、人才创新与科技创新等3个方面论述了广西农业科学院创新文化建设所取得的成效。
The present paper described a theoretical model for creating an innovative culture in agricultural science research institutions.The model was based on the theoretical model created by Chinese Academy of Sciences,the characteristics of agricultural science research institutions and the actual conditions of Guangxi Academy of Agricultural Sciences.The explorations on innovative culture construction in Guangxi Academy of Agricultural Sciences have been summarized on the basis of three aspects which included building of an idea and a team with scientific innovation ability,developing research environment and improvement in working conditions,allocation of research resources and establishment of advanced systems.Furthermore,the achievements of innovative culture construction in Guangxi Academy of Agricultural Sciences were introduced from three aspects of construction of spirituality and ideology,training of innovative talents and technical innovation.
