摘要
目的研究复方抗癌缓释性药物微球栓塞剂并初步观察临床疗效。方法采用乙基纤维素包裹氟脲嘧啶(5-Fu)、阿霉素(ADM)、丝裂霉素(MMC)、顺铂(DDP)、40%碘化油(Lipiodol)制成微球,compoundmedicinemicrosphere(CMMS),测定微球缓释率,临床应用10例。结果复方药物微球为规则球形,粒径200±50μM,具有缓释性,动物实验表明微球对犬肝微血管具有栓塞性,栓塞部位可局部坏死,微球缓释抗癌药物,全身毒性小,临床应用疗效满意。结论复方抗癌药物微球,通过栓塞和释放抗癌药物,具有较强的抗癌作用,且副作用小。是较为理想的化学性栓塞剂。
objective To prepare a slow-relsasing microsphere anticancer agents in embolization treatment for malignant tumors. Methods cisplatin and 5-Fu,ADM,MME,CDDP,40% Lipiodol microspheres encased in ethylcellulose were prepared and its shape and releasing rate were determined.The embolization,releasing and toxic effects were observed in animal experiment.ten cases of hepatic cancer were treated clinically with the embolization of cisplatin mcrosphere .Results The CMMS were essentially spherical with a diameter of 20050m and good releasing effect.Diffuse hepatic necrosis were observed in animal experiment after infusion of CMMS.Cisplatin was releasded steadily from the spheres with minimal systemic toxcity.Satisfactory clinical effect was achieved. Conclusion CMMS embolization releases anticancer agents slowly with guite strong anticancer effect but minimal toxcity.Thus,it is an ideal chemotherpaeutic embolizing treatment.
