摘要
目前,不锈钢材料已经在建筑结构中得到了广泛的应用,国外已经有多本不锈钢结构设计规范,但中国尚没有类似规范。本文根据欧洲规范EN1993-1-4、美国规范SEI/ASCE8-02、澳大利亚和新西兰规范AS/NZS4673对简支不锈钢梁的设计过程进行对比,包括截面抗弯承载能力验算、稳定承载能力验算、抗剪承载能力验算、挠度验算等,给出了相关实例计算并对设计结果进行了比较。结果表明,欧洲规范3对于不锈钢梁的设计过程的规定较为详细,通过欧洲规范进行设计所得的结果更加保守。
Currently,stainless steel structures are being widely used in structural application. Until now,there have been several standards for stainless steel structures at abroad. However,such a specification has not been prepared in China. According to European ( Eurocode 3 EN 1993-1-4) ,American ( SEI/ASCE 8-02) and Australian/New Zealand ( AS/NZS 4673) standards,the simple stainless steel beam was contrasted in the design process. The items to be designed include resistance of cross-sections,buckling resistance of members,deflection checking computation,and so on. The related example in calculations was given and the results of the design were compared. The results show that the correlative provision in EC3 is more detailed than the others,and the European code is more conservative.
