摘要
我国许多建筑施工单位在施工现场采用简易仪器设备计量混凝土的原材料,对拌制混凝土的配合比缺乏有效的监控手段,使混凝土实际配合比与设计配合比相差甚远,难以保证混凝土的质量。本文研究了一种混凝土配合比快速监测方法,该方法可在混凝土初凝之前,用4个参数在10~20min的时间内能较准确地在施工现场中监测出混凝土拌合物中各种原材料的用量,然后与混凝土设计配合比进行比较,快速准确地测定混凝土配合比的可靠性。
Current,building construction enterprises use plain instruments equipment to measure the raw material of concrete in construction site in our country,being lack of effective monitoring methods to concrete mix proportion,which it getting different from real mix proportion of concrete to the design,does not guarantee concrete mass. This paper studies a quick-determination method on concrete of mix proportion,which using four parameters accurate determination different content of concrete mix in construction site in 10 ~ 20 minutes before initial setting. It is compared to designing mix proportion,fast and accurate determinates reliability of concrete mix proportion.
