摘要
以聚乙烯醇和蒙脱石为原料,采用冷冻干燥法制备出了不同聚乙烯醇含量的聚乙烯醇/蒙脱石纳米复合材料,用X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对复合材料的结构进行了表征。结果表明,聚乙烯醇分子成功进入蒙脱石的层间,实现了在纳米尺度上的复合,在SEM图片上观察到了纳米复合材料的微观结构。
Prepared PVA/MMT nanocomposites with different PVA contents using polyvinyl alcohol and montmorillonite as raw materials,characterized the structure of composites by X-ray diffraction ( XRD) ,scanning electron microscopy ( SEM) . The results showed that the polyvinyl alcohol molecules come into the interlayer of montmorillonite achieved in nano-scale composite successfully,in the SEM picture we had observed the nano-composite microstructure.
