摘要
通过各单因素试验并结合正交试验分析,结果确定白色链霉菌最佳产ε-聚赖氨酸条件为葡萄糖5%、硫酸铵1.5%、酵母膏0.7%、初始pH6.8、接种量10%、发酵温度30℃和发酵时间72h,在该条件下所得的发酵液中ε-聚赖氨酸含量达0.60g/L。
The fermentation medium and conditions of the strain were studied via single factor test and orthogonal design. The optimal fermen- tation medium was determined as follows;glucose 5% , ammonium sulfate 1.5% ,yeast 0.7% , pH6.8 ,inoculate to measure 10% ,culture tem- perature 30℃ ,fermentation time 72h, under the optimal condition, the productivity of e-polylysine was 0.60g/L.
